Format: mindful smile 15 seconds, mindful breath 2 minutes, 8-minute practice w/ intro 10 minutes, Q&A 3-4 minutes, mindful smile 15 seconds. All practices include instruction and explanation/rationale. Although the practices repeat from time to time, they are all different, original and improvised in the moment.
